The interview process was one of a kind! Overall, I had nine interviews, mostly over the phone and one examination. This process is very effective where it helped me understand what the role was and how I can grow from it if I get to succeed.
On my last interview, I felt like I was already doing the job and that the meeting is just for KPI purposes.

First phone interview. It was a conversation about my background, education, skills and if the role would be a good fit for me. I moved to the next step in the interview process.

Tell me about how you used data to improve the product development and how you communicated with the product team.
I received an email to interview for the role and submitted my availability via their online calendar. Emailed to follow up and confirm interview timing. No response. Called the HR officer to follow up. No answer. HR did not contact to confirm details about the interview or if I was no longer a suitable candidate for the role. Unprofessional and lazy.
