I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Trade Desk
Interview
Many interviews (approx 8) with people from all over the region. Quite informal, very friendly. The discussions were mostly centered around understanding my personality and cultural fit rather than technical discussions.
The sheer number of interviews was unique, however I appreciated it as I got the same responses to each of my questions from each interview which gave me a level of comfort that perception would have matched reality had I joined the org.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Trade Desk
Interview
I had an initial screening interview where they were very transparent and honest about the process. While I didn't advance, I appreciate that they promote from within. That's a good sign!
