I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Trade Desk in Mar 2024
Interview
Applied through a referral and was contacted by the talent acquisition team. The TA representative provided a clear picture of the team structure and interview process. Second interview was with the Account Director who had quite a lot of behavioural questions around the role of an Account Manager, some of which required you to think of very specific situations.
I did not get through the 2nd round but appreciated feedback on my interview from the talent acquisition rep via a call.
phone screen, manager interview, then two more 45 min interviews with colleagues and a in person presentation. it was a lot of behavioral questions and some hypotheticals, especially in person so be ready to answer hard questions on the spot. everyone was very friendly and personable.
Thorough and professional experience. Starts with a standard phone screening with HR to get to know you on the surface. Continues to escalate from there to more in-depth interviews. Very standard, no negative experiences.

Question 1
What experiences led you to look into working with us
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (Hong Kong) in July 2025
Interview
The interview process is long, 6 rounds for 2 months, and the final round is a case study presentation. The TA is really friendly and helpful, and is willing to share the interviewer's feedback and comments.
All the interviewers are also nice and happy to know more about your experience, so I can feel free to share my learnings and insights about their questions.
The whole interview process and arrangement are smooth.
