Easy, they don't even make you do live coding or anything like that. You have to do a personality test that is kinda odd, but OK. The interviewers from other departments have no idea what you do, so there's that. Overall, easy.

Prescreen phone interview with HR. She then sends your resume to the Director of IT who will request or deny an in-person interview. She will contact you to schedule it. You meet with the IT Director in person. Be prepared to be asked very specific technical questions.
