Initial phone interview with HR manager, shortly after invited for in-person interview. Colleagues from the relevant department were unable to join the scheduled in-person interview, so again it was interview with HR only which could've been easily done online. Felt like a waste of time and a lack of professionalism.
4 stages interview.
Screening with HR team over the phone and face to face. Test task including research and mock call. After that final interview with HR Department and Head of Department.
