1. Received a screening call. Asked me basic questions, such as why I wanted to work there. Took over a week to receive an email invite to schedule a call with a recruiter. Do not expect timely communication. 2. Call with a recruiter. Asked the same basic questions. Scheduled a virtual interview with managers. received the email invite the day before the virtual interview. 3. Hour long interview with 2 different managers. 30 minutes each. Stated that the the recruiter would call me to update me. It has been over a week and I have not even received a simple rejection email. They reposted the job with zero follow up. It is unprofessional and outright disrespectful to not receive the bare minimum in regards to communication.

Don't be nervous, the interview was very easy. They ask a few STAR Method questions and are open to any questions you have. There is also a tour of the department included in the interview process, so be ready to walk.
