I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Interview
Started with a call from the recruiter then included 2 phone calls - hiring manager then the group leader. It took about a week to hear back after the face to face interview. All time tables were standard for a large company and the communication was efficient and largely handled through the recruiters. Everyone was friendly and candid. It was one of the better interview processes I've experienced.

Interview
Standard interview process. Most of it was professional, but 2 of the interviewers clearly had no questions prepared and had not even looked at my resume. It felt like they had never conducted an interview before and it gave me a negative impression.

No questions stood out and they were ill formated.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in July 2024
Interview
First was called by HR who said I could be a good fit and scheduled me for an on site interview. I had several rounds with the team manager, other employees and finally with someone higher up in HR. They seemed very disorganized and not sure about what their own role's job description was and were not able to ask me the right questions as a result.

Question 1
They asked questions about what my capacity for working was and how much I could juggle at once.
