Have an initial phone screen, then onsite interview. The onsite interview are a mix with behavioral and technical questions. I met with the accounting manager and finance directors and then get to the final round. The environment is great and the people are good. The interview are fairly quick about 30 to 45 minutes, then another 5 minute break till the second person.

Fairly straightforward, the interview was held online. If there are one or more positions, you might be in a panel interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Joined the TFP program which is a contract position for 2 years
