Interview
I had a phone interview that went over the basics, nothing too specific about the job. If you had any specific questions about operation or environment, this individual wouldn't know. This is just a screening, really. In person interview went well. I met with 3 men, 1 supervisor, 1 shift manager, and 1 production manager. They were honest about the job and the long shifts. They understood that telling me the good and the bad was important to finding the right candidate.
