I was found by a Recruiter. I got some basic information but never heard back anything from him after that. I had 3 round of interviews but apparently none of them was really a technical one, not even the so called technical interview. I only got some typical interview questions from the internet nothing else. After the third round I didn't get any information anymore. I e-maild my recruiter who told me he is going to reply in a week, but nothing. I did the same thing again but got the same results: nothing. My first interview was in november, the last one in december and the position was filled in april. (I know it from somebody else). This is why I set the length of the interviewing process to 6 months. They forgot one of my interview and they were late like hell. Actually the worst experience of mine.
