Had an initial phone screening with Talent acquisition regarding potential interest in the position. Next, 8 phone interviews with Executive management/stakeholders. I thought I would have been a great fit and could have made a difference at TFS but I believe they were looking for someone specific. Great learning experience though and a good team of management with a strong quality mindset.
