Applied online and was invited to a phone interview about a week later. The recruiter asked very basic questions (background, etc). She filled less than half of the 30 min interview with questions. I kept the questions going for the rest and it seemed to go well overall. She said I could expect to hear back in 2-3 days. Two follow ups later she said she was going to talk to hiring manager and make decisions. After three more follow ups (spaced appropriately), I decided to move on.
