I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online through Thermo's website. A recruiter emailed me stating that they were interested in an interview. I sent the recruiter two weeks' worth of date/time availabilities; however, the recruiter chose a date that did not fit my schedule. After adjusting my schedule to make the time work, the recruiter did not call until the following day anyway. When the recruiter and I finally got in contact, they were obviously not prepared for the interview. They called late, proceeded to try to "find my file" while I was on hold with them, and asked me general questions while they were clearly reading my resume for the first time. After asking me about my experience, interest in the company, etc., they proceeded to blankly tell me I didn't meet the minimum amount of years of experience required for the position (by 3 months)--which they would have know had they read my resume before scheduling an interview. Very unprofessional and a waste of time as a candidate.

Interview
They had a short process, that consisted of multiple interviews past the recruiting stage. With each interview, a new team member or supervisor was introduced and needed their questions answered to proceed.
