Application
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Sept 2008
Interview
At the time I interviewed we were still a small company that was not yet aquired by Invitrogen. During the interview process the entire site, which consisted of approximately 30 people can in by small groups to perform a panel interview. The questions asked were typical questions of pertinent past experience and also character questions.
Had a phone screening with a recruiter, then a virtual interview, and then an in person interview. Questions were pretty standard, time you experienced conflict, strengths/ weaknesses, examples of things you did in past roles that relate to the role you are applying to

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with a conflict and how did you handle it
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (South Milwaukee, WI) in July 2021
Interview
At first the interview went great, three interview and they all say great things. The biggest problem is that they take their sweet time choosing or they take forever and wait for their own employees to take the positon. I waited for 4 weeks for them to tell me they choose someone else and after me calling emailing them because they keep saying they want me to get the position. They just toss my hope away. If you want to apply, dont. They like to play with you.
