I had two virtual interviews that went very well and were very professional as well as multiple phone interviews. What was frustrating was the time that I was left in the dark with no new information. I did not hear from them for two months and thus excepted another position in the meantime when I would have preferred Thermo Fisher from the start. It would have been nice to know the length of the process from the start or at least get some updates that I was still in the running.
