I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Nov 2021
Interview
Applied online and was surprised to get a request for a phone call interview two days later, as I'd been applying to similar Thermo positions for months and never gained traction. Had a successful interview the following week with the company recruiter where we discussed my skills, experience, and salary expectations. At that point, the recruiter indicated that my application would be forwarded to the hiring manager. After over a month and several follow-up attempts, I never heard from the hiring manager nor received a basic response from the recruiter.
I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Hesston, PA)
Interview
Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

Question 1
Honestly dont remember but they were just S.T.A.R questions.
It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.
Phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call, followed by an on site panel interview. The panel interview had 5 different people in 30 minute blocks, with potential coworkers and HR.
