Telephone Interview - this was a company I worked at before but I had been recommended to interview with a VP for a much senior position Test - I scored the highest and whilst the HR informed me of this (without giving the score), the stance changed to the test being weighted low in the scoring (contrary to what I had been told before investing the time to do it)
