Tedious. Was lead through the process where I essentially went through 3-4 interviews back-to-back with several departments when I was only there to interview with one I was recommended to. After the interview process, they failed to to reach out to me for several weeks despite them saying they would.

More of a screening process, was pretty average. Questions included why you want to work here, how you would deal with client requests, experiences working in a team and dealing with conflict.

It was a very smooth interview process. We did three rounds. It was a great way to learn more about the role. I was able to meet with several team members. Meeting the team members helped me decide.

Did it as a group and did various things such as written test and interview, as well as group challenges along with a tour of the lab space. Interviewers we’re very nice and everyone around the group was welcoming making it a nice experience over all
