I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in July 2024
Interview
Recruiter schedule a meeting to discuss my application few days after I applied through via employee referral. They were nice, well informed about position that they were hiring for, asked some standard interview questions like to introduce myself and why did I apply. After that it took some time for them to get back to me and arrange next round which was interview with hiring managers. The managers were also nice, asked lot of behavioral questions, and examples that demonstrated my experience. I was told they would get back to me after 2 weeks but no one contacted me. I tried reaching out to the recruiter to get some updates or a confirmation that they decided to move forward with another candidate, but they never responded back. My application ended up being updated to "no longer under consideration " in the system, but for some reason I did not receive email notification about it, I saw it weeks later when I logged in to my profile at their site, so I am not sure at which point did that happen exactly. It was a bit unprofessional not to respond to my inquiry, especially since they decide to decline my application in the system anyway.
I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Hesston, PA)
Interview
Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

Question 1
Honestly dont remember but they were just S.T.A.R questions.
It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.
Phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call, followed by an on site panel interview. The panel interview had 5 different people in 30 minute blocks, with potential coworkers and HR.
