The interview process wasn't bad as a process.
The questions, and more importantly the expected answers, is what made no sense.
For example, they wanted to evaluate 4 or so "mini-case" questions in about 20 minutes. Hardly enough time to provide a reasonable answer to these questions... unless the goal was to check that the candidate thought like the interviewers .
And, indeed, I got a few open questions where the interviewer was expecting a specific answer involving specific platforms.
In one case, they asked about what would I do about a requirement that didn't make it into the release. Their expected answer was to update Jira in a specific manner...
