My process was through a recruiting firm. After Thiel Capital received my resume, they asked me to come in to their offices for an interview. I interviewed with the director of personnel and the existing team of 4 assistants who currently support Peter. Each interviewer spoke with me for about 30 minutes each.

Question 1
Most of the conversation was very upbeat and basic, allowing me to ask as many questions as I liked. They heavily work as a team and so having examples of working with a team was important. They did not ask a specific laid out questions. Mainly going over background and relative questions.
