The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Since this is outsourcing, they presented their client and were transparent about it. The process was fast and only took one round and after about two weeks they gave me feedback

Interview
They are IT outsourcers. You can be hired as their consultant for an external companie or you can go to an interview with the to be hired directly for an outside company. It's one interview with them, the rest of the process depends upon the company/project you are being hired for. The first interview lasts about one hour and it mainly about your previous experiencies and soft skills you've develop, and then a logics question. They briefly present the company/project they think you can integrate, but not with full detail.
