Thiran Technologies’ interview process typically begins with a **reasoning and pseudo code round** to test logical thinking and basic problem-solving skills. Sometimes, an **optional Group Discussion (GD)** is conducted to evaluate communication, teamwork, and idea articulation.
After that, candidates proceed to a **coding round**, where they solve programming problems to demonstrate their technical proficiency. This is followed by a **technical interview** focusing on in-depth knowledge of programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and relevant technologies.
The final stage is the **HR discussion**, where salary, role expectations, and cultural fit are assessed before making an offer.
