It was a systematic approach and different from the other companies that I attended, it was more technical in nature, lot of different types of questions were asked but in writing. Practical technical tasks were given. I was taken up by surprise as they had asked about my financial goals, my professional goals and goals towards my family, it gave me a sense of confidence because I felt they are thinking holistically to upscale the team.
