I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Calcutta) in June 2016
Interview
The most amazing interview process for a CSE student ever.
They chose to focus only on technical skill. That was pretty refreshing. The interview process was of 7 rounds, I made it to the 5th round only sadly. The only thing that can make you crack this one is technical skill and an understanding of the core concepts of computer science. i.e. Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management etc.
They also put a lot of emphasis on Object Oriented practices. They will ask you questions and ask you to design a solution for it. Something like pseudo code, and they will observe how well you integrate OOP practices in your solutions.
