Interview
The interview process contains totally 6 rounds.
Round 1:
It's an online round in hackerearth.They gave 2 programming questions to solve.We can choose any language.They will call you if you solve any of them.They need how you write code even you didn't solve it.I didn't shortlisted in the hackerearth platform(In hackerearth you need to have minimum 75% score to be shortlisted in hiring challenge).But,they called me for a face2face interview in their hyderbad office for furthur rounds.
Round 2:
It's a coding round.They gave me a problem (minefield problem).The problem is easy but they want it to be done with oops concepts.They will ask you questions about code you written.They need it to designed well.They will ask you how you can add extensions to the current problem.
Round 3:
It's about your experience.They asked me questions about my old project.and also they ask some questions questions about the code architecture and how much you contributed and also they will give you some real time scenarios, you need to design architecture for that.
Round 4:
This one also a tech round.They asked questions in my experienced technologies.This is about to depth of the knowledge you have in your working technologies .There is no pattern for questions.They will ask questions randomly based on the answers you are given.
Round 5:
It's a non tech round.It's not an interview it's just like a discussion.It's about their third pillar "Socio economic Justice" .They asked me to choose some topics.

We discussed about these topics ,like how we can solve these problems with current technology.They asked me some of my views about current problems like child labour,cast killing,women harassment etc.
Round 6:
This round is a leadership and management round.They asked me about my hobbies and why you leave previous job and some personal questions like weaknesses,strengths etc.
" The interviews are really awesome.For every round there are 2 people one is a girl and another one is a boy.They keep this pairing for every interview.there is no gender bias in this organisation. And the office environment also awesome. The interviewers are so friendly they are very supportive and give you proper feedback about your performance. There is no management are leadership there.For every decision they take the views of all the employees. "

Write a program for minefield game in any language with using oops concepts.
Went well overall four rounds starting with Hacker rank test, Code pairing, Technical and Cultural alignment interview. Majorly focused on Oops and DSA. Java and Python are added plus, overall good experience with good interviewers

The offers are given batches wise. if you are in a last batch like me. you will suffer a lot of waiting.
