Countless interviews with multiple panels or single interviewer. Everytime I cleared a round, I was told that I need to sit for another round that they will schedule on another day. Post clearing 3 or 4 rounds successfully I was supposed to go through another couple of rounds and it was very irritating. You can't be on top of your game everyday with everybody. The whole process took nearly more than a month. This was last year so I don't remember all the details although I distinctly remember that majority of the panel members were younger than me and had no experience or knowledge of what to question let alone knowing the answer. Very hectic process and makes the company look highly unprofessional.
