Interview
This is one of the best interview process I have ever experienced. There were total 6 rounds . 4 technical and 2 non-technical.Interview panel was friendly and professional.
First Round - Coding round. You have to complete 4 stages of coding . Basically 4 different problems were given , you will need to complete them all.
Second Round - Pair Programming. A Thoughtworker will join you. And together you need to refactor the existing code and add a new feature. You can expect questions like why do you think refactoring this code is important. etc.
Third and Fourth Round : Technical Rounds . These rounds are more of a designing and modeling.They will evaluate on following things:
1. How good you are at oop concepts.
2. How well you can write a code.
3. What is your thought process behind the problem.
4. Your knowledge depth in technologies that you have worked on.
Fifth Round - Management/Leadership round . Challenges you have faced, critical situations you have handled, initiatives you have taken in your projects etc.
Sixth Round - Social change discussion. How an individual or organisation can address social problem and bring out the change. Great round.

Interview
The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to ask whether interested in the above role. So, I decided to give it a try.
The interviewers were professional and the interviews went well.
It consists of multiple rounds including- 1. Recruiter screen 2. Code pairing interview 3. Technical interview 4. Cultural fit and leadership interview.
After I been through final round interview I was rejected although they claimed I did well in final round.
The feedback given was because the company felt my experiences did not align with their current project needs.
What was disappointing is that this should have been identified during the initial screening stage, as my background was clearly stated in my resume and also during the recruiter screening.
Progressing a candidate through multiple interview rounds, including the final interview, only to reject them for an apparent experience mismatch feels like a waste of the candidate’s time.
The recruitment process was also poorly handled. I only received the update for each interview session after I followed up for a status update, rather than being proactively informed.
Overall, I would not recommend the interview process due to the inefficient screening and communication.
Do not waste your time as I feel they are using candidates to collect certain data or doing market surveys through these processes.

Interviewers are pretty nice and easy to talk to. Was down levelled by the HR recruiter from lead to senior consultant.

Interview
HR Screening- basic just to check profile matching or not
1. Technical Round- will ask questions related to BA mostly scenario based will be taken by any product manager
2. Case study round- they will provide a case study prior 2 days of interview and you need to behave give consultation about the problems and recommend solutions. will be taken by senior product manager.
3. leadership qnd culture fit round- they can ask anything related to social injustice and also how you have maintained the team what decision you have taken in different scenarios.
4. HR round- telephonic only just to discuss salary nothing else.
