Processo foi bem trabalhoso, varias fases para passar. Ingles, checkup de diversidade, entrevistas técnicas e com gestão, alem de um projeto de código em pair programming. Foi uma boa experiencia no geral.
It was a three round interview process, which was pretty good and the interviewers were all nice and accommodating. They just dont hire anybody on PGWP so I withdrew from the process.

It was ok, start with the usual chit chat then a problem to solve in your desired language. I found the environment to be a bit buggy and you cannot alt-tab out so be wary of this.

Excelente. En la primera entrevista la recruiter fue muy amable, explicó todo el proceso de entrevistas en 20 minutos y clarificó todas mis dudas sobre el proceso de selección, condiciones laborales y requerimientos.
