First round is phone interview, which will ask you basic questions like, why Thoughtworks, why you want to leave your current company, what you did in your current company, etc. Second round is given a project to be finished in 3 days. Third round is go to the office for Pair programming, logic test and technical interview.

I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.
