I was just in the first part of the interview. The conversation was relaxed and friendly. After that we had an online assessment that can be done anytime, however the maximum time to solve it once started is 120 minutes.

Technical round which is done through the meet you should join the meeting at the specified time mentioned in the mail, where after the technical interview there'll be a managerial round.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter who works with ThoughtWorks and decided not to continue with the application process because I could not meet their travel requirements easily. He was very happy to talk about the company's goals and their contributions to the tech space. I may apply again in the future if my living situation changes.
