The interview process consisted of two stages. The first interview was with an HR representative who was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She created a comfortable atmosphere and asked about my studies, background, and projects. It was a very positive experience overall.
The second stage was a technical interview with the company founder. While some of the technical discussion was interesting, I felt that the communication style was occasionally dismissive and somewhat sarcastic. The atmosphere became uncomfortable at times, and I did not feel that the discussion encouraged an open exchange of ideas. As a candidate applying for a trainee position, I would have appreciated a more constructive and supportive approach.
Overall, the HR experience was excellent, but the technical interview left a less positive impression.
