Group interview (about 30 people in the room). Asked small subgroups (4-7 people) to go through some logistics/planning exercises (you have so many people, and need so many hours, how do you schedule...), or to figure out how to deal with an at work conflict scenario. Interview leaders walked around with clipboards and took notes on each group as it worked through the given problem.

Interview with HR and then an interview with the lab manager. Takes about an hour for each interview. They will sit and talk to you about the position, benefits, and ask you questions pertaining to the job.
