These people in HR gossip and are so, so shady. It’s no wonder their turnover and constant job openings appear online. They start interviews so brash, direct and have strong bias so it’s impossible to share your experience. They definitely look on socials and LinkedIn (not ethical) prior to the interview. Definitely avoid this place.

Interview
Got an email for an initial interview with HR and then scheduled me with the hiring manager for the second interview.
I think the title is misleading because it looks like they want a guy who can do both Network Engineering and Systems Engineering because I was asked if I can do OS desktop patching, active directory or domain stuff to merged two domains from the two merged companies, and database backup and recovery so the title role should be Network and Systems Engineer but if your the type who wants to learn both Network and Systems then this is the place for you just make sure you asked for higher compensation because I bet you will do a lot of stuff here and IT is currently outsourced to MSP.

Question 1
1. HR questions like tell me about yourself and experience
2. how do you managed multiple projects or tasks
3. how you keep your technology know how and skill set up to date.
4. Then the hiring manager asks about if I tell you to block Chinese website will you be able to do it but he could not tell what firewall they were using.
5. Have you done and do you know how to do OS patching?
6. Have you done and do you know how to merged two different domains because they acquired another company which has another domain and they want to merged it into one domain.
7. How about wireless networking?
8. Database? backup and recovery?

Interview
I interviewed remotely with four separate interviews between the directors, CHRO and plant manager. The interview process proceeded very quickly and took just over a week across all interviews. The turnaround was fast.
