Pros

decent pay if you wana say it in this economy

Cons

9141 South 13th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154, terrible hour cuts, from starting n august 2025. no work for two weeks, christmas and new years week. the packaging area started in march of 2025, was opened till chrstmas. they spent millions promising good work then fired over 40 workers. they used to operate 24/7. four different rotating shifts. Management replaced well knowledge workers with people with zero relevance and experience. been there since the facility first opened up, its been a slow decline. designated tornado shelter was locked and signs were quietly removed. in the event a life threatening storm, employees would have no place for safety.

Pros

They offered me more than I was asking for. The schedules are 12 hours but I only have to work 3 days a week and still get full time hours. Great benefits.

Cons

Can be physically demanding work.
