Interview
Smooth and fast paced. HR's are proactive in scheduling interviews and eager to share preparatory materials. The overall process usually takes the candidate through 3 or 4 stages. First is a general evaluation of experience, then a quick phone call. Afterwards an online assignment (optional, depending on position and experience) and finally a formal interview in person or through Zoom.

Send application -> Psychometric games that last an hour -> interview for further fit check where they ask no meaningful questions -> group day at the office, with one individual assignment and one group business case -> final interview check
