Saw a job listing in the newspaper and contacted the human resources manager over the telephone. Sent in an electronic copy of my resume, which they responded to a few days later requesting an interview. Came in for the interview and sat in a private office with the hiring manager. They requested I completed a short questionnaire which took about 15-20 minutes. They reviewed the form for another 15 minutes and they conducted the interview.
