I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TicketCity (Austin, TX) in July 2016
Interview
First interview was fairly quick overview/ basic Q&A on the phone, second interview a bit more formal in office with Head of HR and Department Manager, third interview with Department Director at lunch, and the final interview was short and sweet, get-to-know-you with the President. The whole process was a little over 2 weeks, but I really got the feeling they wanted to make an investment in someone that was not only the right fit for the company but that the company is the right fit for the hire as well. At every turn everyone was welcoming, positive, informative, and genuinely wanted to get to know me.

Interview
Submitted an application and not too long later, I got an email from Caitlin, our operations/talent acquisition guru, to set up a phone interview. We mainly talked about my previous experiences, how they relate, and the company's culture. Then, she invited me to an in person interview with her and the Client Relations Manager, Bryan Decan. We discussed more potential scenarios, and how I would approach certain situations. Then, they called me the next day with an offer!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle conflict? What would you do if... etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TicketCity (Austin, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
I spoke with Bryan Decan, the Client Relations Director, to set up a time to go in and interview. The interview was a 2 part process, first with Bryan and Caroline, who is now the Chief Purchasing Officer. It was pretty standard: went over my resume, employment history and experience, work flow, compensation, and culture, and then they said they would call me back. They called me back the next day and said they were interested in me joining the team and would have to meet with Zach who is now President of the company, which was the second part of the interview process. This was to get more of an idea of my personality and go over more of the standard details: work flow, how I would handle certain situations, and what some of my goals were. Within a day or two after that, they had offered me the job and I started within a few days from there.
