I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tidio in Feb 2026
Interview
In my opinion, the recruitment process was of an exceptionally high standard. At every stage, I felt that everyone was ready to answer any questions I had if something was unclear to me.
Each stage of the process was clearly described. Personally, I had to go through one screening interview, complete a technical task, and then go through two more technical interviews to receive an offer. Each technical part of the interview was tailored to the problems you will be solving in your future role, giving you the opportunity to assess whether it meets your expectations.
I have participated in many recruitment processes and experienced many strange situations, such as ghosting, unprepared interviewers, or sparse feedback that was unrelated to what we discussed during the interview. That's why I wanted to shoutout the Tidio team, because I had no reason to complain (and I'm not writing this because I received a job offer at the end).

NLP fundamentals, i.e. tokenizers, attention mechanism, architectural decisions with their pros and cons; fine-tuning; building RAG pipelines; we also went deeper into my projects to let me prove that I understand what happens under the hood and that I contributed significantly to it.
