Interview
First there was a one on one interview with the hiring manager. After passing the first round interviews, you go through second round interviews at a retail location to get a feel of the position

Interview
The interview was very easy and professional but do not let that fool you.I had my first interview in the office and it went very good and got a call the next day for my second interview. I drove to the Cosco in Elk Grove for the second interview, where she showed me their Trade show and I spent a whole hour there. They made me a offer not long after that over the phone and I asked if she can send me a Written offer. (as that is the professional thing to do!)I never heard from them again and I followed up via email, texts and left many voicemails. It has almost been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me .I think this was a waste of my time and think this company is very unprofessional and would not recommend wasting your time! Coming from a strong Marketing background I can honestly say that this was highly unprofessional and would not want to work for a company that can not even show professionalism in the interview and offer situation.

Interview
I had two in-person interviews:
The first one was at the company, where I discussed my resume, why I was interested in this position, and it was largely centered around whether I was committed to working for this position.
The second interview was on site at Sam's Club, where I discussed the career trajectory and participated at one of the booths for a few minutes. I was also asked a few marketing questions, and jot down a list of things I observed at the booth which caught my eye.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- A few questions about my resume, why I was interested in the position, etc.
- A few marketing related questions (not meant to be a quiz, but more to gauge how I responded and thought about the question)
- Jot down interesting things that stood out at the booth
