Although the application was extremely lengthy (you have to answer hundreds of behavioural multi-choice questions that took me about an hour), the store manager contacted me by phone within two days of submitting my application. First interview was once week from application, and second interview was two days after that, third interview the next day and is conducted through the phone by HR. Very lengthy but everyone I spoke to were very friendly and professional.
