Pros

working on beautiful pieces with the highest quality. 50% discount

Cons

Absolute awful management. Jeweler level was based on who was a certain demographic and spoke the right language. People training people who make more than them. No appreciation for their employees. Terrible raises (under .50). Nothing but broken promises. Management IS AWFUL!
