    I worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time

    Pros

Beautiful work environment and fantastic perks

    Cons

Work life Balance does not exist... management team in Singapore does not understand the local climate and for a Global company it sometimes felt quite isolated in the corporate world, there is a lack of communication and sharing of resources across the company.

Employees discount are no bad. Music background is always good. Quiet a lot young people working together. Not all managers bad.

    Cons

Caucasians is always have advantages in both stores. They do less work yet get promoted faster than others. There's favouritism from the boss.

    Advice to Management
