Interview
It was basic and scripted. My previous experiene is probably what impacted the decision. I did have previous sales experience as well as experiene dealing with high end clients I also had flexibility and a proven track record to work under pressure. The sales climate has changed considerable -- a decade ago it wasn't as multicultural as it is today.
They have a thorough interview process with selling demonstrations to show competence with fine jewelry and watches. Expect to meet with two levels of management where you’ll be asked your work experience and customer service experience.
Harder than you thought. Challenging interview so you have to prepare very well, especially your introduction and your professional abilities. Tell what you capable to do and what are you good at.
