I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tiffany & Co. (New York, NY) in June 2011
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews for an entry level position and only went up to director level. Process was longer than what I experienced with other companies. However, it was an informative interview process and learned a good amount about the role through the process.

Interview
I was interviewed by an AI and I should’ve took that as a red flag that they generally do not care about people. This new trend of AI interviewing people is not OK. It was very difficult to understand and navigate the system which makes you more nervous than you already are.

Interview
I had two interviews when I was interested in the company because after the first interview, the forgot they interviewed me so I was interviewed again. I didn’t hear back from the interview and I know others that interviewed for other positions and didn’t hear back either. Don’t be rude, tell your interviewees they didn’t get the job, it’s not that hard. You’re a large company, you have the people, time and resources to make a simple phone call.

Interview
Over the phone and on skype interview. Focused on background, interest and passion for the company. The process took very long as HR did not confirm my offer until 2 months after my last skype interview.
