Horrible process - Must apply online at Tiffany & Co. You will go through a phone interview process with the recruiter. Once completed you must go through a series of interviews with all managing partners which will ask you the same questions over and reword their questions to see if your answer is genuine. Interviews can be as many as 6 and sometimes takes up to 3-4 months to complete full process.
