Long and thorough interview that will likely be 2-3 separate meetings. They also will go through your resume and references with some scrutiny so make sure that is in order.

Asked lots of hospitality questions. Customer service. Wether you could lift 50 lbs. or more. What you would do in difficult situations with residents. How to be a good problem solver.
The interview process was very thorough. I first went through a phone interview, then an interview in person, then an interview with a manager, then an interview on site with the manager I was to report to.
