Tim Hortons interview questions

Applied by submitting paper application. Called for an interview within 1 week. Met right in restauraunt lounge, took maybe 30 minutes, manager meets and asked predetermined questions. Some questions were based on expectations while in the roll such as "what would your greeting be?"

I handed in my resume online then got a call about 3 days later for an interview. I was interviewed at an interview location and it probably took about 5 minutes, pretty underwhelming.
