I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Timeline Nutrition in Aug 2025
Interview
1st interview was a 30 minute Teams call with HR with basic questions as well as more detailed ones specific to the role. 2nd was 1x1 with Sr. Manager of the department. 3rd was with Sr. Manager again + her manager who is also the manager of the open position. 4th was with the Founder & President, 5th was with the CEO. 6th was a 1 hour Teams case study presentation. The entire process from 1st to final call/offer was about 6 weeks. Even though there were a lot of steps they moved very quickly. I was informed they only moved me and one other person on to the later rounds of interviews after round 4. Every person I talked to had a clear understanding of what the job duties would entail and I felt like I talked to enough people and got enough information to feel confident in deciding to work at Timeline.

Interview
I had FOUR interviews for this role before being told they were “going with another candidate.” Everyone I met with seemed really nice, engaged and smart except for the last person I met with, which is why I wasn’t shocked when HR told me they were cutting me from their insanely long selection process. The last woman I met with (fourth interview) seemed totally uninterested in talking to me from the start and didn’t ask me one single question on our call. I had questions prepared to ask her, and she gave the expected/standard answers, but I left in total shock that she didn’t ask me literally any questions.
After I got the email rejection a week later from HR, I asked for feedback and got ghosted. I followed up again and got no response. I feel like a i dodged a big bullet here, which is a bummer cause I was really excited about the role and really enjoyed the other three people I met with.
