3 rounds. Starts off with an HR round, followed by an assignment, then you have an assignment evaluation round. Finally, an in-person interview. The final interview is bigger and with more people.
It was technical and some questions were not as in depth as needed for the role. The answers received in return were not the best. The AVP did not seem interested in listening either
I was given a pilot assignment, which clearly mentioned that I shouldn't feel pressured and that perfect answers weren't necessary — just a thoughtful approach was appreciated. I submitted my work sincerely, keeping that in mind.
However, during the interview, I felt the discussion was quite rushed. All questions were asked at once, and I was expected to answer them one by one without any real conversation or back-and-forth. I wasn’t given a fair chance to explain my design decisions or show relevant examples from other projects, even when I offered to. It felt more like an interrogation than a design conversation.
It also seemed like the evaluation was based only on what was not shown in the assignment, rather than exploring my thought process or asking how I would approach missing steps — which I was fully ready to explain.
The team wrapped up quickly, mentioning they had other interviews, which made the experience feel impersonal.
