I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TinyWins in Aug 2024
Interview
A third party recruiter emailed to schedule a generic screening call, and their lack of attention to detail (both in email typos, scheduling, and knowledge) should have been my first sign to ignore.
Once the screening was out of the way, conversations with departmental team members and the CEO were scheduled. Few times were any real questions asked. The conversational style would be fine if the calls weren't as assumptive based on the interviewer seemingly looking at my LinkedIn profile during the call. Their team felt ill prepared, which makes sense given I've seen the same role posted on LinkedIn three times in the last month with different titles.
